"No future."

What do you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?

"Good work environment and good coworkers. It was a great place to work in it's glory days. Benefits and pay were good.Work environment was casual and work/life balance was nice compared to most places."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Prepare for behavioral interview and for technical questions. Minorities and women are given preference in hiring. Interviewers are usually not trained, so be ready for anything."

What don't you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?

"Future looks bleak. Layoffs are certain to be a regular part of life there for quite a while. HP will continue to go downhill for the foreseeable future."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop going to meetings all day and do some real management. You have a great work force that is mostly idle. Time to make some smart moves to try to save the company as the inkjet business declines. Stop kidding yourselves and get real."

"Small, private company with highly specialized medical device products."

What do you like about working at Anholt Technologies?

"Worked directly under company president. R&D division was able to work in every aspect of company. Was able to physically construct and test designed parts; process from design to completion and shipping was all accessible."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It is a relaxed, casual atmosphere, but everyone takes their roles very seriously. Medical devices have to adhere to very strict standards."

What don't you like about working at Anholt Technologies?

"Low salary, not much room to move up, remote location."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend more time on the manufacturing floor understanding why problems occur, then work to resolve them."
