"Rangam has excellent connections into the client (in my instance, a major pharma in Raritan, NJ). The offer was made following one on-site interview with the client. Rangam, the organization, has been professional to work with -- you remain very autonomous at the client-site, so it's up to you to succeed. As a contractor, your input is limited at the client site, you're simply asked to complete the assigned duties -- but this is a consistent characteristic of most contract work. I would give Rangam high marks and would contract through them again."
