"Lack of planning. Lack of structure. In some cases the wrong people are hired for things they aren't qualified (to save money). Unrealistic deadlines are often set. Very unrealistic amount of vacation time."

"Implement more PLANNING. Hiring more qualified individuals for specialized jobs will benefit you."
