FORD saw through their ways and declined to listen by firing them from the contract. We were all let go then."

"Dont. Stay away. They have high turnover because they cant keep an employee long term (except their family members becasue they are all directors)."

What don't you like about working at RGBSI?

"Worst company to work for. Unethical. Family owned/operated. Dictator/bully management style. Dont let employees talk to each other. The family does nothing but watch employees like hawks. Son, daughter, daughter in law know nothing about running a business and that is why they micromanage everyone else. They dont know what to do themselves in 8 hours. they bring in people from India on visa and take advantage of them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take some management classes and APPLY the practices. Stop micromanaging. Learn business, learn how to manage people. Stop bullying your employees."

What don't you like about working at RGBSI?

"It is one of the worst companies that I have worked. It is a family owned company. Every one (father, mother, son, daughter) in the family are directors. Some of them are never seen in office but collect more salary than rest of the employees put together. Daughter-in-law also holds a key position. Out of 14 employees 5 are family members, 2 are muscle men.They run the business by cheating and lies"
