"I have worked at Richter Architects for a year now and they treat there workers like family. It is a good place to work at, but at times when work is slow they don’t have enough work to go around so you have to try and keep yourself busy. They say family comes first which is true because if anything is wrong with my family they let me go and handle it no questions asked."
