"I feel that there is no opportunity of growth at my current position."

"My suggestion for management would be to allow more input for employees in some situations."

"Hours and the ability to introduce new projects company wide"

"Take a real look at the people working. Most are unhappy and would leave given the chance. Also, don't buy the dog and pony show of the VP you are interviewing with. And women are treated horribly"

"My immediate supervisor was scattered and did not have a clear and solid plan"

"Change the culture and make employees feel wanted. Eliminate some positions so that you could value others more."

"Each division was different ranging from one on one to a panel."

"I've had a mix ranging from wonderful to micro manager."

"That would depend on the manager. I've had a mix from wonderful to micro manager."

"Show them that you have the knowledge and skills to work there, that you know the company and the role, and that you would fit well in that environment."
What don't you like about working at Edison Mission Energy?
"The company is financially unstable and its weak balance sheet limits its business opportunities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I generally think that the management is good, they just got caught in a period of low gas and electricity prices which crippled their generation. I think they are doing the best they can given budget constraints."
