"It is being run as like a good o'l boy club and merit is not being given where it is deserved. My ideas and suggestions as a proven sales professional are ignored - but then later brought to the table as new idea by someone else."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Please don't ask for ideas and suggestions if you will pretend to not like them - to later come up with them yourself and recommend implementation of the same ideas I had given you when you asked."

"I don't think they try and match their assignments to the person. Job they sent me to was really boring and micro-managed."
