"Negotiate your pay, if they say they will give you a raise after a certain amount of time it's pretty much a lie as it will be lost in a sea of bureaucracy as your work load and responsibilities increase."

"No upward movement with in the organization for hard workers. Criticism of SCAD will result in the company making life more difficult for you."

"I wouldn't hire family members to assist with running the corporation and show more forethought in huge expenditures."
