"I would be sure they were aware of the amount of travel thats expected of them."

What don't you like about working at Chartis?

"Extreme amount of drive time whereas flying would be less time consuming."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Increase the amount youre willing to spend on employee travel expenses. While flying may be more of a direct cost, it is less time consuming and would allow for addition client visits per week."
