What do you like about working at IBM?
"They bought out ABB's IT division and promptly fired all the US employees. Sent the jobs to India and the Czech republic."

"Yeah, don't bother. It's a career end-er."
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"Terrible treatment, management lied all the time."

"Move to India where you belong."

"The freedom to use technology to further the company as a whole. THe board understood how technology could be used to save time and money."

"This is a typical Good Ole Boy construction company in Dallas Texas. While they are a 2.2 billion dollar a year company, it still works with a good ole boy attitude."
What don't you like about working at Austin Industries?
"Very very small IT staff. Had a total of 6 resources to support 6000 users spread across 80 different sites."

"Need to hire more IT staff."
