"I really enjoy the ability to mentor the level ones. Additionally I enjoy working with the other seniors at the desk to collaborate our individual ideas to come up with solutions for certain scenarios. In regards, the things I dislike about this job are all of the micromanagement that occurs here and how everyone is entirely too concerned about what you're doing every second of the day - I mean EXACT second of the day. Additionally they make horrible choices in regards to promoting and hiring."

"The benefits are great but don't expect to go anywhere for at least 5 years because thats how long it took one of out techs to move up from tech to tech lead and that was after they hired and fired 4 people for that position."
