"I love helping my team work towards a common goal and achieve it, helping customers in difficult situations, challenging problems and deescalating calls. I love that we have the chance to network with other business units and locations to ensure a great job is done. I would have to say that there isn't anything I hate about my position. What I would like to have had was more growth opportunities from within the company at this particular location."
