"They have a revolving door policy of employment. In 3 years I worked there they went thru over 200 employees in all job positions."

What don't you like about working at Seastrom Manufacturing?

"No cost accounting system in place. Business is run as a personal playground of the owner- not customer oriented or directed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Businesses only make money when the customers are happy and the product is usable. This was not the focus."
