"I've worked for Sharonview Federal Credit Union for going on two years. While Sharonview is a great company, and has taught me a lot in such a short amount of time the opportunity for growth is challenging. I desire to work for a company that not only challenges me, encourages me to learn new avenues, but aids in my growth as a young professional. As stated previously, although Sharonview is a great company, the opportunity for growth is slim. Primarily because it is a smaller Financial institution."
