"Good short term goal"

"Sierra is a good place to go if you need to advance your career, but have not plans on staying. It seems as if no maintenance manager last more than a year. Georg is a good guy overall but it seems as if he continue changing direction with every vice President he hires. Right after he hired me he installed Bruce K. Wilson, who then fired everybody managing the maintenance department"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just be honest, not promising what you can't deliver, because they will may not give you that opportunity"
What don't you like about working at Sierra Landscape?
"I was real excited when I was recruited, but I quickly put in a position where I could not make the change they hired me for, minimizing my value ending in my termination"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"George again is a good guy overall, but I think he need to look inside him self and take his maintenance department in a direction based solely on his experience, and not relay on someone else outside the company, every year of so, never reaching the goals he wanted to."
