"Hospital is constantly on the brink of financial failure and closing its doors. Directorship is frequently, physically unavailable. Departments have significantly silo'd themselves to point it becomes politically difficult to accomplish some tasks."

"Make management more accessible to staff. Realign departments in a more cooperative manner, and perhaps create cross departmental teams. Focus less on exploring and implementing efficiency programs and more on fixing real problems in the organization."
