"Pay may be under average, but they offer work from home programs, good benifits, work life balance is good, great career path, good incentives, etc. Good place to work."

"Not alot of room for growth once in management"

"As a manager I alway looked to provide avenues for growth in ones career. Motivate and keep morale up is key to any organization. Practiceworks did a good job with that."
