"I worked for South Chicago Management for a couple of months. Within those couple of months a learned a lot about this company. It aimed for its employees to have mind of business person with whatever position that they had. I was working in the software division where I was in charge of troubleshooting computers and fixing electronic devices. During that time I learned how to be a leader and lead my team to doing whatever needed to be done. I liked the company but it had its many flaws in terms of not getting the right amount of compensation but the overall working environment was good."
