Production Planning Manager

"I've worked for Southern Case Arts for 10 years. It is a family-owned company, and with that comes some excellent benefits, and some notable shortcomings. Benefits: upper management is kind-hearted, culture is relaxed, and the schedule is flexible. Shortcomings: lack of vision, low morale among employees, low wages. The company employs between 200-300 people depending on the season and incoming workload."
