"Area contractor for the factory. Small sales team in San Diego to promote storage solutions for several markets. This is a true hunter position, you will need to find all your jobs by networking and cold calling clients. Management is supportive and will help guide design directions."

"While the company has many opportunities for learning, there is an old boys attitude which permeates the company and stifles real improvements. (If you’re not part of the click you will not survive; very cut throat environment, reports went missing// people choose not to share vital information.) The fast paced entrepreneurial environment continues to evolve with the latest rounds of upper management cuts and general layoffs. Unfortunately, the promise that people stay for a long time was only vaporware. I would not recommend this company."

"Decent company to work for; however, valuable employees are not treated like valuable employees. Not afraid to lose good employees to other companies. Don't do anything to keep them around. New Executive Vice President has a one track mind and believes it's his way or no way."
