"Everything else, the CEO is in the front office with the general employees and there is constant yelling and tension. It is unhealthy in many ways."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start over, stop destroying the company's brand and its retailer to satiate some of the high end private label business they have. China is knocking off the private label business and they are not protecting the company fromthe exposure. They are in denial."
