"Enjoy the ride. Spectratek is a great company, with wonderful owners. The place can be a little chaotic at times, but there is never a dull moment."

What don't you like about working at Spectratek Technologies?

"I didn't like the lack of support that I sometimes got from the owners. I was never given the authority to discipline, but when an employee did something out of line, the owners were unwilling to do anything about it, either."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I know times are tough, but there should be more incentive based programs. The employees in the warehouse feel stagnant. They do not understand or care about the company's financial woes. A small reward every now and again goes a long way with the guys."

"Managent were good at interacting with all employees. Top management knew all employees by names. They new what each employee does. They alway make sure that each and every employee is appreciate for their contributions at all times."
