"This is a call center focused on volume over quality. Rude management and questionable policies. You will be on the phone all day reciting the same thing over and over in order to sign up new clients. Avoid this place."
"In the short time I was there I got bullied by a team lead, a coworker, had my car vandalized, was accused of giving the wrong information to customers, did 40% more work than the others, was told to slow down my work by a team lead, had files and information changed in my documents, was not allowed any breaks, then told you cannot go to lunch until they say ... as if every company in the world does not have to schedule around lunches, and it was late in the afternoon, so if you need to be treated like dirt then go to work here, but keep a watch over your car unless you want it vandalized, what's next? A punch in the face. This is an ungrateful company to work for!!! They will bully you if you can do the job so you won't make them look bad!!! My computer failed for days and calls went unanswered until the loser in charge did anything. Truly miserable and then they put a total dictator in charge who has no idea how to lead anyone because the manager there cannot control the situation."
"I worked there for a few months until I relocated back home. Not sure where these other unhappy people worked but the only way you had a hard time here is if you had to do things your own way instead of the way they had everything written easily out to follow, you didn't want to work, or you liked causing drama. Otherwise the job was easy. If you did it right you did move up in things fast, and I did get raises in the few months I was there. Food on Fridays, gift cards every week and month for competitions. I wish they were here at home! Sick days/personal days would be good."
"Good place to work, they give you the information you need to do the job and they do expect you to do it well. I can't really complain about much, I would like to make more money but who doesn't. I worked hard and was moved up and I feel like I was treated fair. Benefits are very good and it is stable."
"Do not go to work here or you will regret it. In the short time at this place, the turnover rate must be 75%! They lie to you, accuse you of wrongdoing, tell you that you caused them liability, wtf? Crap truly runs down here. Nothing will be good enough. They put some guy who owned a bunch of ministries in charge who is a creeper, this guy preys on people, and they had a a mass exodus away from the creeper, who has no business managing a flea circus. I heard my coworker saying she wanted to punch him in the face! You Go! You cannot take breaks, and good luck with lunch. They hire some good people and then treat them like they are stupid. Stay away from these creeping weirdos who know nothing about managing anyone."
"Worst place to work! Advice - don't go here to work! You will never get anywhere in this company. Lots of broken promises that never come through. I really did hate it here! So glad I am out of there now!"
"Horrible place to work! Employment Law Firm that knows what they can and can't get away with! The pay is not bad but when you are treated like crap it really doesn't pay! Nothing is ever good enough and all of the employees are worried every day about losing their job! Why is there a huge turn overrate, I wonder, smh!"
