"Working with Spirit Airlines has been fun and frustrating at the same time on the first day I started. The tools and guidance was minimal because they growing and tyring to figure out our identity as IT department. Over the last year it has been rather fun. There are always managers that do too much and make working there a headache. But our IT leadership has been great overall despite this manager. IT leadership has been good overall and lets you know that they want nothing but the best for you and see you grow but also demands the good gets done. I enjoy that because there is no guessing where he is coming from."

"You are used for what you know and they only value you while you are usefull to them when you know more than the young CEO and company they feel you are too old for their ideas"

"Value more your employees and not replace your good employees for a young pretty thing that knows nothing of the job ."
