There might be some obstacles along the way, but the goal is not to get stressed out and focus and figure out the problem. Meeting deadlines can be a little hectic when problems pop up, solving everything, and making sure the numbers tie at the end gives me a sense of accomplishment."

"Working in different industries, personal interaction in coching people who want to develop thier management skills."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"do your online research about the company, read the negative reviews (take out the personal jabs) Ask questions about the PIP & passport, that is how your are ranked. Know that it takes on average 2 years before you bonus and 5-7 years to be a project manager."
What don't you like about working at DeWolff, Boberg & Associates?
"Travel. Senseless reports, lack of opportunity to move up, timelines and promises made during recruiting not met. No professional development program. System is stuck in the 1980's school of thought on management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"offer skills development to get certifications such as PMP or six sigma."
