"Some divisions or groups are riven with politics with fat cats doing all the can to preserver their own jobs and nothing to help anyone under them"

"Intel could fire 40% of its current middle management can still be just as effective, if not more"

"I did not cre for being on call,but that was part of the job. I also felt that there was a lack of communication in the department."
