"I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR STALLION OILFIELD SERVICES. The atmosphere was great but, you work yourself very hard (over 40 hrs) to stay afloat because managers make promises that never come true. They promise you false hopes. There is definitely A LOT of favoritism in this work place. It's about who you know and not what you can do for the company. Management there is VERY close knit and most are friends, relatives, etc. Other than managers, there is a high turnover rate. AND THE PAY IS BAD!!"
"I have worked for Stallion and provided a good product for the customer, receiving numerous pats on the back and Employee of the month. Stallion is a great place to work to meet new people, but the countless hours worked with the promise but no delivery of a raise. This company is full of broken promises and failed attempts."
"not a good employer"
