"Well to be honest, I enjoy working at Wal-Mart. I also get great satisfaction in helping out customers. Right now, however, we need more workers. I do, overall enjoy doing my job."

"I love the fact that I get to work with merchandise and I get to know the store much better. I hate the fact that I have to get up early in the morning."

"Just go in there and be yourself, be honest and use eye to eye contact, you will get it."

What don't you like about working at Target?

"Rushing to get things done, people not picking up trash."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have given more time and more hours if they were available."
