"I greatly enjoyed working with my co-workers at the time I was employed with Toys R Us."

"Understand how logistics work and transportation scheduling; have knowledge of commodity volume when being transported."
What don't you like about working at Toys R Us?
"I didn't like holiday rush time, but it was not a major issue for me. Even though I was not a sales associate, I was making sales when my work schedule was inflected with the store's business hours."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Understand how the employees work, making sure their environment is comfortable for them to perform their designated tasks."
What do you like about working at Dunham's Sports?
"Lack of management, and leadership. It's hard to get obvious problems resolved. Poor pay."

"Don't show up on time for your interview. Heck don't even show up to begin with."

"The fact the the company doesn't care about the employee. Your work in no way will help you move up in the company."

"I would say to pay your employees more and look at how the company is run, and the education of the people who are running the company."

"Disorganization causes overreaction and unneeded stress to the team. Owner can get very uptight and stressed out"

"It was a part time job that allowed me to be more comfortable dealing with perople from different backgrounds and well as different educational backgrounds."

"To your work, be sufficient and efficient with the work you do. Treat all customers with respect."

"At the time, management should have payed more attention to individual people's work."

"Ask for customer feedback, as well as ask other workers to view how helpfull an individual worker was/is to others."

"My only tip would be just know you can do the job."

"It's not that I don't like working for the company, it's just that I'm currently looking for a career. In other words, I studied Computer Science in school and I'm now looking to get back into that field."

"My only suggestion would be to allow associates to do their job."
