"Spirent is a demanding company so be willing to put in the extra effort to meet or exceed customer expectation. But it is a great company to work for."

What don't you like about working at Spirent Communications?

"Beltway traffic. I lived 40 mile from the office. The trip to work drained me more than the work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management was great. My boss was very helpful in developing me in my position as manager. The company could offer more new solution and products to their customer base"

"I started when there was 900 employee and I had 9 direct reports. It was a lot of fun. Positive feedback from internal clients started coming in, since we were responding to helpdesk calls quicker and being more pro-active. Skill sets were examined and people placed in areas they could be successful."

"Manager would at times not follow chain of command, which made you look bad to your direct reports."
