"Make sure you know the company before you come in. Getting the important stuff (like what we do) from the website is definitely a must."
What don't you like about working at ePrize?
"Often frustrating working with leaders. Some are great but some are too inexperienced and out of their league. Fast growing companies often promote people too fast and create problems down the road!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More management/direction for second and third layer leaders. A lot of them are green or not so great and need more guidance."

"Working environment, growth opportunities (both lateral as well as vertical), talent recognition."

"Be passionate about your job. Have faith in your experience and capabilities."

"Strong focus on process, tremendous diversity of co-workers, great support for moving around and gaining different experiences."

"BAC exercises a highly matrixed model. Leadership by influence is a key skill they seek."

"Too much emphasis on decisions by consensus, that slowed down the process quite a bit."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Invest more in managers growing their networks in the industry, through greater engagement with industry conferences and seminars."

"Technology and product vision and the market space (consumer product)."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Avoid Zinio as a company until they mature. The stock unit plan is unacceptable. There is only 2% of units available to employees and the units do not vest (you lose them all if you leave no matter how long you have worked there). Given today's market, this is unacceptable."
What don't you like about working at Zinio?
"Executive team and stock unit plan was horrible. No vesting. You lose all options if you leave."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Replace CEO. Fix stock unit plan. Focus on a product roadmap that adds in actual revenue streams."
