"The employer treated me very good."
"I like fixing things that seem unfixable to users, rolling out a rack of servers in a network and having them come up and roar to life, taking the production from all those servers and putting it in a format/database the clients can use. I can lose all track of time just getting things done and spend all night making a deadline, no problem."
"The Student Systems manager position was one that involved just about anything that wasn't fit for one of the other managerial positions. Good and a bad thing as you get to dip your toes into a lot of different tasks, but you end up with a lot on your plate."

"They expected me to be a hardware guy. I can do that job most of the time."

"Your IT people are your support. Without them you can't support your sales."

"Invest in continuing education and an IT assistant that can work exclusively with the IT manager."

"The company and the employees are fantastic to work with."
What do you like about working at Terrell Manufacturing?
"I have a flexible schedule where I can come to work sometimes after 8:00 a.m. with no questions asked. Lunch is provided by the company every day. I am allowed to go out to lunch with vendors which may take more than hour. I have my own key to the building. I am allowed to leave early and still get paid for 8 hours."
What don't you like about working at Terrell Manufacturing?
"I don't like the new location. I don't like the fact that the new owner has excessive perks where it financially hurts the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I am in management with this company and I would say only offer excessive CEO perks when the company is making money and able to afford the perk."
What do you like about working at Stephen F. Austin State University?
"Not a very demanding environment. Good benefits. Nice to be around students."

"Do not wait for a mentor, do not wait for someone to help you define your career. Decide how best you can achieve your own career goals at the university and actively seek those opportunities out. When you top out, move on, do not get stuck."
What don't you like about working at Stephen F. Austin State University?
"The university has no clear path that everyone works towards. The university is a collection of fiefdoms all fighting for money/influence."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Define a clear mission for the university and make sure that everyone understands the mission and works towards the end goal. Currently there are two factions within the university that result in no true progress being made for either."

What do you like about working at Sypris Electronics?
"When I started I was allowed the freedom to do what needed to be done, but once the smoke cleared the incompetence of the senior leadership team and president became 100% crystal clear."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes...avoid them like the plague. They spin a great line of BS and flip the script when you walk in the door. This company will put a significant dent into your career! Avoid at all costs!"

"Senior leadership staff blaming the staff for their own incompetence, inability to make sound decisions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of the Senior Leadership Team and more specifically the President."

"The abiliy to learn new thingss and the easy access to information."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They have very unfair hiring practices, especially if you are a minority. You can be hired for low level position but not senior level."
What don't you like about working at Queens Borough Public Library?
"Everything is micromanaged by the CEO. He does not respect other opinions or ideas. He is egocentric and a bully."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Ensure the varius departments worked together instead of having the every man for himself, do what you can to blame the next person, cut throut environment that is promoted."
