"The job was very interesting. I had the opportunity to work in different areas of Information Technology."

"Most of the time you didn't have the backup support to help you finish your work. Too much work created stress and there was no one around to help you deal with this."

"More supportive in down times. Don't expect miracle when you have one person doing the job of five."

"Ask about the turnover rate on that team. If hard getting people stay. Why"
What don't you like about working at Acxiom?
"Was selling product with features it did not have then expecting programmers to stay long hours to develop features before client realized they were not there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If teams average work week 40-50 hours good area. If 60-90 evaluate turnover rate."
