"More oppurtunities for advancement"
What do you like about working at American Express?
"I was a contractor working for American Express and the only thing that I liked was the schedule of 12 hour shifts."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Good luck and they are very high strung people in my opinion. Too many people have egos and think they can do whatever they want whenever it suits them."
What don't you like about working at American Express?
"Management and supervisors were very harsh to contractors yet we did most of the work while American Express employees worked less and were paid more"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn some PEOPLE SKILLS. We are all human beings, not cattle! I think most people that aspire to be managers forget where they came from and how it is in the trenches."
