"I like being part of a team that is on the cutting edge and the forefront of all the technology leaders."

"Follow up with your customers, and don't rely too much on tech talk, but instead speak in a language customers can understand."

"I dislike the limited opportunities in my position. I wish my position was not a contract position."

"Communicate concerns about job performance about poor performing individuals in private."

"I think that a better salary when you start working for the company would be nice."

"I would like to set up a software program that if we had a node out it would alert field tech, tier 2 supervisors, NOC, and dispatch."

"This company was great to it's employees. I would never have quit. they were bought out by UPS."

"There is nothing I did not like about working for Micro Age Corporation."

"make certin that at the 90 days temp to hire that they commit to it."

"Schedule, people, close to home, relatively low stress, friendly, helpful"

"look somewhere else, little opportunity for advancement, poor salary, no bonuses, no raises, only 3 weeks vacation time even after 5 years. People are nice but are rather second tier. Most of the good smart people quicky find better jobs elsewhere where they are better appreciated."
What don't you like about working at Intrado?
"Salary is very low comparitively, there seems to be little trust of employees, treated like children, low salary, just ok benefits-could be better, owned by large megacorporation that killed all sense of community and trust. Treated more like a number, no opportunity for advancement"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"be more flexible with employees, trust employees with more with internet access, social media, allow for more flexible vacation time and time off. increase salaries when possible"

"It pays decently, and the benefits are OK sometimes, it seems."

"Kiss a lot of ass. It's not really so much how much you know, but who you know. You'd be amazed how much it's like every other company."

"Working for Apple is a bitter disappointment. The pay is good but nothing else."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"First, definitely raise the pay. Second, make it a bit more lenient as far as attendance. The stricter attendance has made coming to work miserable."
