"my co-workers are some of the best people. Management however is horrible."

"steer clear. They rely on people not knowing what they are getting themselves into."
What don't you like about working at Aspen Technology?
"Management and their style of management. They allow people who have no real world experience to jump ahead of the pack because they can be manipulated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"grow people from within. Not just those who kiss up and are afraid to say no."
