"It is relaxed, but demanding. There is a spotlight on the department, but we still are allowed to do what works."

"The company is very flat. The company also has some of the lowest salary ranges in the industry."

"I think my management team does an excellent job allowing us to think for ourselves, but guides us when needed."

"Good people. Safe Job security. Challenging Work. Low Stress environment."

"Come in with an attitude that you want to work as a team. Talk about your volunteer work - its a big deal."

"The level of freedom is high, but also allows for individuals to move in different directions instead of towards a common goal."

"Supervise my employees better by being more involved and helping them by giving them all the tools and training they need to succeed."

"Ask for what you want upfront! Otherwise, you get what they give. RUN away if you're in the position to."
What don't you like about working at Talecris Biotherapeutics?
"Nothing, it is very difficult to fit into their corporate culture. Being an outsider with an opinion, is a no-no! They are heavily into punishments. I should've left the first week during orientation. They tell you that if you walk across the public highway you will be Fired! The people are very closed-minded."

"Start fresh with new management"
