"I have found quite efficient to work directly with business and technology partners that enjoy driving change and innovation. Driving the creation of requirements, design and implementation of systems is really a strong skill that I keep enjoying at my work. One of the areas of opportunity in the current organization is in regards to processes, as the processes were built a long time ago, and are not in alignment with newest technology changes and evolution, creating delays in project delivery."

"Management bullies people into making poor decisions repeatedly. People are micromanaged. People are not respected as individuals."

"Stop selling things that do not exist. This puts everyone in a terrible position."
