What do you like about working at Oracle?
"Ability to work from home office. Team work. Lots of travel."
What don't you like about working at Oracle?
"60-80 hours/work week was typical. Number of Oracle employees attending customer visits was overkill."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better coordination with other managers could lead to more efficient employee placements. Sales over-lay positions not working effectively."

"Know that you are going to work very hard for the first 18 months in order to establish yourself with the members. You need to build confidence with the clients in your territory."

"New ownership took over the company who do not have an understanding of the floral industry and they were making decisions based soley upon numbers"

"Always look for new opportunites even if they are outside of your current industry. Listen to the suggestions that the field staff have to offer. They are the ones that are listening to their clients"

"I liked the fact that all of the different departments worked together as one cohesive unit to take care of the customers' product in a timely manner. Management always made sure that the employees were rewarded MONTHLY FOR THEIR PERFORMANCES."

"Rehire me so that I can help you return to your past Glory."
What don't you like about working at Circuit City?
"I did not like the fact that we were limited in the amount we could charge those handling our deliveries for damages to the product."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust in the management talent that you had ( like myself) before you brought in the outside directors and Managers from Best buy who came with big ideals that never materialized to anything constructive; but caused the overall downfall of the company."
