"Having a company car was nice most of the time."

"Watch your commission statements closely and make sure that this is the place you want to be."

What don't you like about working at Kinetic Concepts?

"busy work with regard to logging phone calls, conversations and etc. on salesforce. Data lag and incorrect reporting caused issues with compensation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get reps in the field and support them. Management needs to be more responsive to the customers needs. Negotiate price!"

"I don't like the impersonal way United asks us to go about running our business. I constantly defending changing company policy that taxes my relationships"

"Value relationship driven business, instead of the single transaction. Realize that continued business is key to being successful in my industry."

"Absolutely Stellar work environment with a company that puts employees first."

What do you like about working at WebEx Communications?

"Loving what you do, who you do it with, and who you do it for makes for an ideal working environment. But mostly I loved revolutionizing the way business gets done."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Keep it high level, listen 85% of the time talk 15%, and dig deep on your questions."

What don't you like about working at WebEx Communications?

"I didn't like working east coast hours at first because it was rather lonely in the mornings and I enjoy the social aspect and team involvement the most about the job. But getting out early, beating traffic and going to the beach was a plus."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The layoffs seemed to be without rhyme or reason. The WebEx Salesforce was worth their weight in gold and they laid off the entire division. I would have suggested a transition role in the broader product line for the quality reps they had."

"The technology was top notch and leading edge. It was easy to explain the superior solutions"

"understand this is a very fast paced book it now and run to the next customer. You will get called out if you spend time on past customers"

What don't you like about working at Xirrus?

"Customer service was almost non existent. Book the order then forget the customer was pushed by VP of Sales"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take care of your existing customers. Too many bad references from existing customers due to support not product performance."
