"I worked for Tracker Marine for 8 years. My supervisor, Dave Fasnaugh, was one of the best managers I ever worked for. The people I worked with were wonderful. The work environment in the Denver shop was challenging at times with cramped space and little to no environmental amenities. I supplied my own tools. There was no opportunity for advancement in the position that I had. The work was physically challenging and I was injured on the job four times, twice requiring surgery."

"The ability and control I had over my own work environment. Assignments were given, and a result was expected without micro management. Responsibility and recognition for a job well done."

"No chance of Advancement, Micro Management Style of the Plant Manager and Broken Promises of Salary and Benefits. Lack of Family time."

"I was responsible for all the indirect spend for 7 manufacturing plants who, historically had all operated independently. My job was to pull them together, leverage the spend, lower the supply base, and cut out the waste."

"When the economy went south, so did boat sales and our dealers could not get loans to purchase their fleets, resulting in major layoffs."
