"Horrible company to be involved with as a subcontractor. They will not pay you. Project manager that ran our project is totally not qualified for this project or any construction project. They will give you excuse after excuse why they can't pay you. Office staff is rude and unprofessional. But this example is from the top down. The owners are setting the example here they are completely unprofessional. Do not get involved with this company as a subcontractor, they will steal your money and your work."
"Triad Retail Construction is a general contractor and it specializes in retail. I did my internship here and a year later, I got hired to be a Field Engineer. The benefits were good and the staff was very helpful when there was a problem. Yet, at times there were moments where communication was not the best and problems happened. Overall it's a good company to start your career."
"Pros: Market rate compensation. They actually do pay bonuses. Fast turnaround on expense reimbursement. Cons: The CEO is a lunatic. Seriously. He needs professional help. I can only describe the company atmosphere as toxic. There are several partners who own this company. The two main partners hate each other and will get in profanity-laced screaming matches in the office in front of everyone. Very unprofessional. The CEO has a thing for interns and lower level employees that can be described as abusive hazing. He gets off on making the girls in the office cry. Vendors and subcontractors are treated like dirt. Their money is constantly being held up and they are berated and humiliated. They routinely run subs out of business. One of the partners is a lawyer because they are constantly in litigation with clients, subcontractors and vendors. This is the worst commercial construction company I have ever seen, much less been associated with. Working for Triad is miserable. This is why they have such a huge turnover rate."
"The owner does not deal with people fairly, he yells and belittles people."
