4.8 I've worked at Tribune Media for over a year and have found the company to be a great strong company to work for and learn on many different technologies. They treat their employees really well and have a good ethical backbone. I work with extremely smart individuals to I have learned many excellent traits from. I love working with my peers and am grateful for the opportunity that this company has given my life and growth as an IT Engineer. Great company to work for!

2.5 Traditional print media is under a tremendous amount of pressure and now under the control of a cost cutting hedge fund takes the challenges to an entirely new dimension. While still a solid product and valued brand in the market, Tribune papers will continue to do more with less. Churn is high due to reduced pay, longer hours, and job insecurity.
