"I like the diversity of the staff, the positive attitudes, and the togetherness. the administration are genuinely there to help you and there very knowledgeable. And from any other places i've worked they have the right people in the right staff in the right jobs"

"If your a new person working for the company if you are unsure ask your supervisor and the experienced staff QUESTIONS. and DON'T STOP UNTIL YOU GET THE RIGHT ANSWERS."

"Communication , and site training. there is no outline for resident expectations, for the staff to go on. I don't wanna have to use the force to get the information I need to perform my job effectively."

"For each site make a general outline for the staff and especially new staff , on what the residents expectations are, other than there treatment plans."
