"A perfect fit would be a recent HS or college graduate with no prior business experience. This allows for management to mold the candidate into the type of employee that will fit with in their department."

"Leadership was lacking in morale, team building and empowerment, Group think, lack of knowledge regarding employee's strenghts. Leadership focused on weakness and lead by intimidation and did not encourage innovation or process improvement. Leadership exercised their power regarding retaliation. Ineffective training."

"Focus on empowerment, morale, positive rewards, team building and become engaged in their employees work flow/work load. Most importantly, utilize the fabulous training material available to them regarding leadership, management, employee retention and train the trainer work shops."
