"I enjoyed the freedom of traveling and making my own schedule."

"Be ready for constant change. Be prepared to work with half of the facts. Be ready to do things over. Identify the people that are genuine team players and who will support you and build relationships with them first, regardless of what department they work in."
What don't you like about working at Universal American?
"It seemed to me that there were separate businesses within our company. Teams that were looking out for their own best interests were holding other teams hostage so to speak because they controlled cash flow."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Different departments we unaware of each others work which caused problems. I'd make sure communication was constant and that once decisions were made, they stuck."

"I learned alot in this position, I had a unique perspective in seeing their final product which helped me move up in the company, I liked that."

"I wasnt really fond of my position. I felt like I knew more than my supervisor and when the opportunity came to move on, I did."
