"I have been with Uplift Education for 5 years and I have enjoyed the entire time here. The staff I work with are great. I am able to talk to my managers without being worried ."
"Unorganized and lack structure"
"School management was delegated to teachers. Teachers are young but ill prepared in both content and instructional practices. Discipline is poor due to no or little support by administrators that do not seem to know discipline management. Administrators were incoherent in speech and lacked syntax abilities in many and all sentences uttered or written."
"Uplift does amazing things for it's scholars. Its mission is to provide an awesome college prep curriculum for under-resourced communities. In this, they are fantastic. They are not teacher friendly. The burnout rate for teachers is extremely high. The organization relies on TFA teachers to staff their schools because these young people are idealistic and rarely have a demanding home-life or responsibilities outside the job. If you have a family,or want one, this is not the place for you."
