"It is a large organization so it all depends on the department that you are applying for. When I was conducting interviews for a user experience position, I looked for candidates that could clearly communicate their ideas and had deep knowledge about the subject matter."
What don't you like about working at T-Mobile?
"I had three bosses, my manager, director and VP. Oftentimes I would be given conflicting directions and each believed that their direction was correct."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There is a lack of communication in the chain of command. A clear goal should be set and all decisions should be based off that goal."
What do you like about working at Blue Cross Blue Shield?
"Decisions are made for political reasons, not innovation. Directors are cautious at best, and lazy at worst."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you don't make team lead, you're not going anywhere."

"Solutions are dictated not by what's possible or what gives the best customer experience, but by what's easy or cheap."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Shift focus on to the customer, clean house of the status quo and territorial folks, and tear down the silos and consolidate."
