"that the resources to generate comissions are not to many."

"that they should increase the type of investments that we offer to clients"

"Great people in IT, and even in management. I never felt like anyone here would 'throw me under the bus' like I have felt at other financial companies, like at Citi."

"Be real - don't try to BS your way in - most of the hiring managers will spot BS a mile away, especially now after hiring one incompetent director."
What don't you like about working at vFinance?
"They hired an idiot (Maxine) as marketing director, who did not have a clue. She lasted a couple of months, so when they realized their mistake, at least they fixed it."

"Screen new hires a bit more carefully. Make sure they are competent, and will add value."
