"I worked at Virginia Hospital Center (VHC) for 17 years as the Director of HIM/Privacy Officer. VHC is a 400 bed acute care hospital in Northern VA. I am proud to say that I began working there during the companies rebranding. VHC, achieved many awards and recognition from industry affiliates while I was employed there. What a pleasure! We enjoy what we do, and have fun doing our everyday jobs not realizing that people are watching... and pleased with what they see!!!!!"
"Don't even think about working here unless you want to be treated like a dog. The administrators don't care if you are a valuable employee they still treat you like dirt. They go behind your back talking about you and if they personally don't like you they will do anything to get you fired. Managers are told to find fault even if they have to make up something so they don't have to give you a yearly raise. They could care less about the employees unless it is management, management is making all kinds of money and again managers are told to find fault even going to the extreme of making things up so you can't get a 10 cent a hour rase even. If you go to human resources and complain about a supervisor you better believe they will find a reason to fire you no matter how long you have been there."
